Funny story. After I first started this blog I couldn't find it again. Whoops.

Pillboxes
My reasons for this.
An attempt to establish a presence for my work. Self generated outreach program for the studio bound. It's easier to direct someone here than to attempt explaining my work and process in person. My friend and peer Skitch Dislichova informed me that it is worth while.

Also, Andrew Wilson has one.

I've just begun production on a show to be opened at Magic Pony in November. It will be my second solo show with them. For some reason it takes me ages and ages to produce the work I do. I'll be spending a great deal of time painting in the studio and with this blog I can document some of my progress and have some kind of running record to look back on.
The production of a fully realized show can be a taxing effort at best. It's seems good to have an outlet of some sort to keep one on track.
